Refund policy
Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days from the delivery date, or order cannot be returned after the period has passed. To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be in the same sellable condition that you received it—unopened, unused and with its original packaging. Additional proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.
You can get in touch with us at honeyhoneybee100@gmail.com to inquire a return. We'll email you a return postage label and instructions for your products if your return is approved. We will not accept returns without prior request and inquiry.
Certain types of products that cannot be returned include perishables (food, plants, or drinks) as well as personal care products (skincare and beauty products) due to hygiene concern and the nature of the personal product type. Kindly contact us if you have any questions.
